Rules: 40% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 35 days before your arrival.

Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay; if not completed, a €100 deduction from the deposit will be applied.

Deposit: €600 to be paid no later than at the time of the final payment. After verification by the concierge service, we will proceed with the refund, no later than within 10 days.

Rentals are done only from sunday to sunday. Keys are handed over from 4 PM (please notify the concierge in case of late arrival). The accommodation must be returned by 10 AM on Sunday at the latest.

You will receive an email a few days before your arrival from the concierge with the latest useful information, and another email during your stay regarding your departure.
